The minimum amount to invoice is 25 € or the equivalent of 250 words per each language (plus VAT).

URGENT TRANSLATIONS 15% Surcharge
As a general rule, we take as “urgent” those translations to be delivered under 24 hours or those demanding a weekend or bank holiday work or even those exceeding 2,500 words per day.
MINIMUM RATE per Sworn Translations € 65 (Vat excluded).
Interpretation rates
In order to offer the highest quality, we recommend booking the interpreter with 72 hours in advance.
- Minimum service to invoice is 1 hour= 50 € (VAT not included)
- Half day (4 hours) = 200 €
- One labour day (8 hours) = 400 €
- 24 hours = 1.200 €
For several days business trips request a budget.
Travel allowances will be charged to the client.
If the interpreter uses his car, the charge is 0.30 €/Km.
Weekend rates are 20% higher.
Telephone Interpretation: The call cost (if it’s done from the interpreter telephone) plus 1 €/ minute.
